Client Testimonials

I highly recommend Steve Fink to grieve your property taxes. He filed for me in early 2025, and secured a 5.6 % reduction. Not only did I get a refund, but going forward my taxes will be based on a new reduced assessment. I have recommended Mr. Fink to family and friends. They all have been pleased with the results.

John G.

I’ve trusted Steve Fink to help me reduce my commercial property tax burden for years, and his dedication and results have exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Ron K.
